Billing Status

This billing status page was drafted by the author without attorney review. It is not legal advice. Paid billing is not enabled during the private beta, and production billing terms require review before activation.

Private beta status

Hosted Talk-to-Tux is currently a private, application-gated beta. Hosted beta access is free, quota-managed, and subject to capacity, security, abuse, and policy limits.

Paid billing is inactive

Talk-to-Tux does not currently offer paid subscriptions, checkout, pay-as-you-go credits, overages, add-ons, paid refunds, or paid plan selection. No payment processor is active for hosted beta billing.

Future billing terms

Before paid billing is enabled, Talk-to-Tux will publish updated billing terms and pricing, identify any payment processor, update related privacy and terms pages, and provide notice before activation. Legal, billing, and privacy terms should receive attorney review before paid billing is enabled.

Lifetime Pro intent

Contribution-based Lifetime Pro intent during private beta is described in the Beta Terms. There is no purchasable Lifetime Pro SKU during private beta.

Open source and hosted operations

Talk-to-Tux software is open source under AGPL-3.0-only. Any future paid hosted offering would be for managed infrastructure, account systems, operational support, and provider costs; it would not remove rights granted by the AGPL license for the software.
